2. Quotes and EstimatesQuotes and estimates are based on the information provided by you and/or an on-site assessment. Liability and WarrantiesLimited Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranties (e.g., for materials or workmanship) will be outlined in the service agreement. 7. Termination of ServicesWe reserve the right to terminate or refuse services if:You fail to comply with these Terms or the service agreement.The property poses safety hazards or is unsuitable for the requested services.Payment is not received as agreed.

8. Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
